Works Corsa - 2GR-FSE (RWD) - Oil Pan Baffle Plate

The smooth waterfall design to the upper oil pan can cause sporadic oil drops while hard cornering and braking. This can lead to motor failure from our on racetrack experience. The baffle plate design helps with balancing out your oil pressure levels and reducing oil drop pressures by up to 10psi.

Recommend using TOYOTA Seal Packing 103 (FIPG) for oil pan install.

Reference graph photos shows two examples. In RED we have a low mileage 2GR (sub 30k miles) and in GREEN we have a high mileage 2GR from a salvage yard with baffle plate. The RED motor has better static oil pressure with it being a low mileage motor, but has sporadic oil pressure drops while hard cornering. The GREEN motor has more consistent oil pressure levels in the same corners. Does not drop oil pressure as low as the RED 2GR motor.
