Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through www.apexi-usa.com. Products purchased from third-party resellers or platforms are not covered under this policy.


Final Sale Policy

All sales are FINAL.
Products purchased from www.apexi-usa.com are non-returnable, except in the following cases:

  • You received an item different from what was ordered

  • The product is determined to be defective under the APEXi USA warranty

We reserve the right to decline any returns of unopened merchandise at our discretion.


Return Eligibility Criteria

If your situation qualifies under the exceptions above, please review the following requirements:

  • Contact us first before shipping any items back. Email: sales@apexi-usa.com

  • You must provide your order number to verify the purchase

  • All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the product

  • Returned items must be:

    • In new, unused condition

    • In original packaging

    • Complete with all included hardware, gaskets, and accessories (missing items may result in deductions or void cancelation)

  • If the product has been attempted / installed or used, it cannot be returned

  • Do not install any product that is damaged or defective


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged upon delivery:

  • Inspect all packages in the presence of the delivery driver before signing

  • Document damage with clear photos or videos

  • Report damages to the carrier immediately

  • Email us at sales@apexi-usa.com with your documentation

  • Do not install damaged items

  • We will assist in filing a shipping claim; replacement or refund will be processed after resolution


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except when:

    • The wrong product was shipped

    • The product was damaged in transit and properly documented after making steps with A'PEXi USA - Sales Staff and Shipping Carrier

Important:
Returned items must be packed securely using bubble wrap or foam to prevent further damage. Improper packaging may result in denial of refund or a partial refund based on the extent of damage incurred during return shipping.


Ineligible Return Conditions

Returns will be denied if:

  • The item was purchased outside of www.apexi-usa.com

  • Damage or defect was caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, natural disasters, or improper installation

  • The item was damaged after installation or during use

  • You send the return without prior authorization from APEXi USA

  • The package is missing essential hardware or components


Cancellations / Return 

  • Order cancellations (including pre-order items) are subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee

  • To cancel an pre-order, please email sales@apexi-usa.com as soon as possible

  • If the order has already shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable or subject to Restocking Fee (if sales team approves)


Restocking Fee

Depending on the situation, a restocking fee may apply - 20% Restocking Fee. This will be communicated by our sales team at the time of your return or cancellation request.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exceptions: 
Return shipping fees may be waived if:

  • The buyer received an incorrect item, or

  • There is clear shipping-related damage.

All shipping damages must be reported to A'PEXi USA Sales team via email at sales@apexi-usa.com within 24 hours of delivery. Before accepting the package, please inspect all packaging for visible damages. Any concealed damage must also be reported within 24 hours. Photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping materials may be requested and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Packaging Requirements for Returns
All returned items must be securely packaged using bubble wrap and/or foam padding to prevent damage during transit. If an item is returned improperly packaged and arrives damaged, A'PEXi USA reserves the right to deny a refund or deduct an appropriate amount based on the extent of the damage.


How to Start a Return (if eligible **ONLY**)

  1. Contact our team at sales@apexi-usa.com to request a return authorization

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will provide instructions and determine if your return qualifies

  4. Pack your item properly and ship to the address provided

  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly
