● φ46 Linear Piston The N1 Evolution Damper features a completely redesigned φ46 resin-bonded piston, developed exclusively for this system. Considering real-world street conditions such as rutted pavement and consecutive road gaps, A’PEXi adopted a linear port design that maintains linear damping characteristics up to approximately 1.5 m/s piston speed. By allowing the suspension to move proactively, the system achieves both sporty, precise control and a supple ride quality without harsh impact. The piston ring uses a specially formulated resin material, significantly reducing friction while extending service life and suppressing abnormal noise, greatly improving overall quietness and refinement. |

A thick, CNC-machined duralumin upper plate combined with a high-precision NMB pillow ball joint ensures smooth, stress-free operation while accurately responding to even minimal suspension movement. To further enhance ride comfort, the system incorporates revised bump rubber shapes and extended damper stroke on the cylinder side, achieving an exceptional balance between direct handling response and ride compliance. For MacPherson strut (inverted) applications, a camber-adjustable pillow ball upper mount is included as standard equipment. |
